Accessibility

The standard we build to, what we know is not right yet, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

1 · Where we stand

We want every clinician to be able to use this site and the Patientflows Platform, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on captions, or need larger text or more contrast.

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at Level AA. That is the standard we design and review against.

We are not claiming we have met it everywhere. This site has not been through a full third-party accessibility audit, and until it has, a conformance claim would be a claim we cannot support.

What we can tell you is the standard we build to, what we know is not right yet, and how fast we fix what you report. Most accessibility statements assert conformance nobody has tested. An honest statement with a working contact route is worth more to someone who is actually blocked.

2 · What we have done

3 · What we know is not right yet

We keep this section populated. An empty known-issues list on a site that has not been audited reads as “we have not looked.”

As at 14 October 2026, no accessibility issue has been reported to us and none is currently known. This site has not had a formal third-party audit. If you find something, Section 4 is how it gets fixed, and it will be listed here until it is.

4 · Tell us, and we will fix it

If any part of this site or the Patientflows Platform is hard or impossible for you to use, tell us.

Email accessibility@patientflows.com. Say what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way — and, if it helps, what you use to browse.

We respond within three business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you how we will get you what you need in the meantime — a different route to the same task, or a person who will do it with you.

You never need to explain why, and you never need an account to ask.

5 · If we get it wrong

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, say so to the same address and it goes to a founder. There is no second queue and no form to fill in.

6 · This page changes as the site does

We review this statement whenever we make a significant change to the site, and at least once a year. Prior versions stay at /legal/accessibility/archive/.
