Website Policy

Cookie Policy

What this site stores in your browser, and what it does not.

1 · What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. It lets the site remember something — that you are in the middle of filling in a form, that you closed a banner, or that you have been here before. Some cookies are set by the site you are on. Some are set by another company whose tool runs on the page. Pixels, tags and local storage do the same kind of job and this policy covers them too.

2 · The rule we hold ourselves to

We run what the site needs to work, and we ask before running anything else.

3 · What runs on this site

Strictly necessary

These make the site work. Turning them off breaks it, so there is no choice to offer. They hold no information that identifies you, and they are not used to track you between sites.

Analytics

We run no analytics cookies on this site. We do not measure which pages you read, and we do not keep a record of your visit beyond the short server log described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertising and marketing

We run no advertising or marketing cookies on this site. There is no advertising pixel, no retargeting tag and no social-media tracker on any page.

Very few healthcare-software websites can print those two paragraphs. We would rather keep them true than gain the reporting.

The scheduling link

Our “book a walkthrough” button sends you to a scheduling page run by another company. That is a link, not an embedded widget — nothing of theirs runs on our pages. Once you arrive on their page, their cookies and their privacy policy apply, not ours.

Because this site runs only what it needs to work, there is nothing to consent to. We show no cookie banner and ask you for nothing. If that ever changes, this page changes first, and we will ask you then.

You can also control cookies in your browser. Every browser lets you block or delete them; the setting is usually under Privacy. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop parts of the site working.

Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal. Because we run no analytics, advertising or sharing of any kind on this site, there is nothing for that signal to switch off here.

5 · Changes

If what runs on this site changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. Prior versions stay at /legal/cookie-policy/archive/.
