This is the website’s terms, and it is not your practice’s subscription agreement, the Platform User Terms, or the Service Description. Section 2 says which document governs what.
1 · Agreeing to this
By using patientflows.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
We may change them. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading, and every prior version stays at /legal/terms-of-use/archive/. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version — but a change never reaches backwards into something you already did here.
2 · Which document governs what
Four documents, and they do not overlap. Reading the wrong one is the most common mistake people make.
| If you are… | The document that governs you |
|---|---|
| Reading this website | This one. |
| Logged into the Patientflows Platform | The Platform User Terms. |
| A practice deciding what your subscription includes | The Service Description. |
| Asking what the Platform actually does today | The Capability Status. |
Your practice also has its own signed agreement with us. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins, every time.
3 · What this site is for
It is a marketing and information site. You may read it, print it, and share it.
You may not:
- copy or republish it as your own, or reuse its text, structure or design to build or market a competing product;
- scrape it, or run automated collection against it beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
- use it, or anything on it, to train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark an artificial-intelligence model;
- break into it, probe it, overload it, or try to reach any part of it that is not public;
- impersonate us, or use our name, logo or look in a way that suggests we endorse you.
4 · What is on this site is not advice
Nothing on this website is legal, clinical, coding, billing or financial advice.
We do not practise law and we do not practise medicine. Statutes, regulations and payer policies mentioned here are mentioned for context. They change, they differ by state and by payer, and whether one applies to your practice is a question for you and your own advisers.
Nothing here is a promise about coverage, payment, denial rates, appeal outcomes, audit outcomes, or what any payer will do. No such promise is made anywhere on this site, and nobody at Patientflows is authorised to make one.
The Exposure and Opportunity Report, specifically
The report is built from public Medicare data. It is a starting point for a conversation and it is not a compliance audit, a coding determination, or a guarantee of reimbursement. You make every clinical and billing decision. We provide the report whether or not you become a customer, and whether or not you order anything from anyone.
5 · What the site says about the product
We describe the Platform as it is. A capability that is not yet available is marked planned, and a capability marked planned carries no date — because a date we miss is worse than no date at all.
The Capability Status states what is live, and it is the page to read before you rely on anything. Where this site and the Capability Status disagree, the Capability Status is correct and this site is out of date.
6 · Links and other companies
Where we link out, we do not control what is there and we are not responsible for it.
Patientflows, Practice Prosperity, Wilco Medical and Reimbursement Remedy share common ownership and are separate companies. Each contracts on its own paper, under its own name, and no one of them is a party to another’s agreement with you. Patientflows never bills, and what you are charged for Patientflows does not change with what you order or who you order it from.
7 · Our name and our material
Patientflows, Sherpa, Scribe, ARC File, ARC Score and Audit-Ready Care are ours, along with the text, images, video and design on this site. Using the site does not give you any right to them.
8 · Ideas you send us
If you send us a suggestion, we may use it, without owing you anything and without an obligation to keep it confidential. So do not send us anything you consider confidential or want to be paid for. This does not apply to anything inside the Platform, which belongs to your practice.
9 · The site is provided as it is
This site is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
This section is about the website only. It does not limit, reduce or qualify any warranty, any commitment or any remedy in your practice’s signed agreement with us, including the Platform warranties. Nothing on a web page takes away something you were promised in a contract.
10 · Limits on what we owe you for using this site
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, and our total liability for anything arising out of this website is limited to one hundred dollars.
Again: this is the website. Your practice’s agreement has its own liability terms and they are the ones that govern the Platform. Some states do not allow these limits, and where that is so, they do not apply to you.
11 · Law, and how a dispute is handled
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Patientflows, LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising out of this website is brought in the state or federal courts of that state.
If your practice has a signed agreement with us, that agreement’s dispute terms govern anything to do with the Platform or your subscription, and this section reaches only the website.
12 · The rest
If a court strikes part of these terms, the rest stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, plus the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement about this website.
